Seaport District NYC was known as tourist trap. We redefined the neighborhood in lower Manhattan as a "Port of Discovery" for locals, tourists and future generations. Created a placemaking strategy that leveraged experiential, pop-ups, art curation and partnerships with world-class hospitality, retail and entertainment brands, to bring our vision to life.
Launched The Rooftop at PIER 17 as an outdoor music venue in collaboration with Live Nation. Collaborated on stage design with Symmetry Labs to create modular light cubes that can be programmed and respond to music. Defined positioning as “The Most Colorful Stage on Earth” and created campaigns to reflect diverse entertainment acts and collection of premium restaurants including: The Fulton by Jean-Georges,Malibu Farms, Momofuku Saam Bar and more.
